  1. Pressing the appropriate Council to keep the streets and car parks clean and tidy.
  2. Ensuring that street furniture is maintained or replaced.
  3. Erect new 'Welcome to Wymondham' signs on the main approaches to the town.
  4. Pressing the appropriate authorities to repair or replace damaged street name plates.
  5. Involving local residents, sheltered housing, community groups, churches and schools in community projects.

The initiative has been fully endorsed by the Town Council and initial meetings of interested parties has taken place. Small sub groups have been formed to develop specific projects to enhance the Town. Work has been started on replacing street furniture and planters ordered.
